3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The customer requests a return within the applicable return window

• Any shipping damage or delivery issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The product is returned within 30 days of delivery

• The item remains unused and includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation

Items that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used are generally not eligible for return unless the item was defective upon arrival.

4. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Photographs showing the damage or issue

• A brief description of the problem

We will review the claim and provide return instructions if applicable.

5. Return Shipping and Fees

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Aurevian Wellness will provide a prepaid return shipping label or coordinate return freight transportation at no cost to the customer.

For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs.

Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges for the same item due to verified damage or defects will not incur a restocking fee.

Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization and must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Returns sent without authorization or outside the approved return process may be refused.

6. Refunds and Replacements

After receiving and inspecting a returned item, we will determine whether a refund, replacement, repair, or other resolution is appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval.

Depending on product availability, a replacement item may be offered instead of a refund.

7. Exchanges

We may approve exchanges for eligible products that meet the return requirements outlined in this policy.

Replacement items are shipped after the returned item is received and approved.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
