Aurevian Wellness is owned and operated by Aurevian Ventures LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through aurevianwellness.com.

Because many of our products are large wellness installations, including saunas, cold plunges, red light systems, and related equipment, shipping methods and delivery timelines vary by product. Product-specific shipping information provided on individual product pages always takes precedence over the general information contained in this policy.

Standard Shipping Summary

  • Price: Free shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Any order with an exception will have this on the product page and at checkout
  • Delivery time: 3 to 9 business days total
  • Destination: Contiguous United States (lower 48 states)
  • Coverage: All products unless otherwise noted on the product page
  • Order Cut Off Time: 2:00 PM EST; All Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. All Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes that cannot accept carrier deliveries.

As Aurevian Wellness expands, additional shipping destinations may become available. Updates will be reflected on this page.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Any order with an exception will have this on the product page and at checkout

Any applicable shipping charges, freight fees, or special delivery charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Local taxes may apply where required by law.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within 2-7 business days. So the total should be 3-9 business days.

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Supplier inventory availability
  • Destination
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier scheduling requirements

Smaller accessories and parcel shipments may arrive within several business days.

Large products such as saunas, cold plunges, and other freight-delivered items typically require additional transit time and may be delivered via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.

Estimated delivery information shown on the product page should be considered the most accurate delivery estimate for that specific product.

If an order requires appointment scheduling, curbside delivery, freight coordination, or special handling, the carrier or supplier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, regional parcel carriers, freight carriers, or supplier-selected delivery partners depending on product size, weight, destination, and supplier requirements.

Freight Deliveries

Many Aurevian Wellness products are delivered via freight carriers.

Freight deliveries are generally curbside deliveries and may require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Delivery access is available
  • Delivery instructions are accurate
  • Appropriate assistance is arranged if needed to move products beyond the delivery location

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Freight shipments may receive tracking information separately from parcel shipments.

Insurance

Shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Customers should inspect deliveries upon arrival and report shipping damage promptly.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Before contacting us, please:

  • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the packaging and the product
  • Retain all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
