The infrared side delivers FAR, MID, and NIR wavelengths via PureTech™ panels, with EMF under 3 milligauss at seated distance. Delivery method depends on the product. Large items such as saunas and cold plunges ship via LTL freight on a pallet and are delivered curbside to your driveway or property line. Inside delivery and room placement are not included in standard freight but may be available at additional cost through the carrier. Smaller items such as red light panels, chillers, and accessories ship via standard parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and do not require freight delivery.

You then ladle small amounts of water over the stones to produce löyly (steam), which creates the characteristic humidity spike of a traditional Finnish sauna session.

What is PureTech™ Near Zero EMF infrared?
PureTech™ is Golden Designs' proprietary full spectrum infrared panel technology. Near Zero EMF means EMF emissions measure under 3 milligauss at 2–3 inches from the panel surface — well below the 3–5 milligauss range classified as Ultra Low EMF.
